We design and develop games and mobile applications, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website, submit a project inquiry, or interact with our published titles.

- Account credentials — email and authentication data for studio staff who log in to our internal admin panel. Public visitors cannot create accounts.
- Usage data — standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) for security and reliability purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to project inquiries and business correspondence.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and admin systems.
- Comply with legal obligations under Turkish and applicable international law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Inquiry and account data is stored using Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL platform with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to stored inquiries is restricted to authenticated KingByte Studios team members through Row Level Security policies enforced at the database level.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate our platform:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and real-time infrastructure.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and edge compute.
- Resend (optional) — transactional email delivery for contact form notifications.
- Roblox Corporation — our Live Games section displays publicly available statistics (player counts, visit totals) via Roblox's public APIs. No personal data is exchanged with Roblox as part of this integration.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
